" where winning does matter "

Hello Every1,

as for today entry, I would like to share some of my common experience during this past two days...

From yesterday, I have been assigned by my supervisor to escort three students to the MSSWP Golf Tournament at Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Resort...

It was such a good experience since I managed to actually 'feel' how my former teachers felt during my school days... How they willing to spend their time to send the students to the venue, even though they had nothing to do with the games, now I understand the feeling...TQ Teachers!

However, its not the main course of the meal...
I wanna highlight something that made me touch during the prize giving ceremony...

It was simple, and DELAYED because of the VIP's, durr...
but this athletes/students were really excited about it...
most of them came with parents, who were very supportive towards the progression of their kids, something that I dont experienced during my time...

During the closing ceremony, these small kids were eager to know their positions...
some of them scored very far over the par,and I can saw the sadness at their face, because of failure and how they expressed the feelings to their parents and teachers...

And for those who played excellent and get the medals, they were screaming, and even crying because of too happy...they were rewarded after two days battling over the heat, weather and pressure...They were really appreciate the medals that they won... it's like winning the World Cup..

Those moment drive me towards my memory...once, I was in their shoes, the feeling of losing, struggling and winning...that I believe was the best that I've ever had, that made me stronger and became matured...

Thats wat some of us have forgot, those desire of winning...the FEELING...

Sometimes, we just competing without any desire to win, to just fill in the gap, and because of peer pressure.. We might used age as an excuse for not showing our excitement...we might used maturity factor as an excuse for showing no reaction either we win or lose...but do remember, dat was WRONG...

The hype, the excitement and the winning satisfaction are those elements that create the beauty of sport...
Ask Azizulhasni, Nicol David and Lee Chong Wei, these 3 roles models know every inch of that feeling...

No matter in what level u play, please put the spirit of winning as a priority...
it is because, when ur aim high, all the hardwork will be paid...
and if not, atleast u had give ur everything...

To Little Natasha, Congratulation, goodluck for MSSM...
To Louise and Imran, you guys rock, try again next year...
